Lefort 3, they brake your face in half basically

If it's due to vertical maxillary excess a lefort type 1 osteotomy can reduce it, but in reality it's not going to change the appearance of a long midface by much because of soft tissues.
It depends on the situation but at best a combination of a lefort 1 (if you have a gummy smile), rhinoplasty, lip lift and cheek implants could be combined to offset the appearance of a long midface.

Agree- even when surgeon literally made vertical nasal height shorter the soft tissues doesn't follow much. Maybe some rhinoplasty would be needed to manipulate soft tissues.
