Hey Y’all! I have a long narrow face and a narrow skull with a long midface? Is there anyway to fix this? Can Bimax save me? Is it over?

What surgery? I have a narrow palate with high finial angle and narrow/long face. What surgery would you recommend? MSE and MSDO and then Bimax or just Bimax?

If u trully have narrow skull, but "optimally developped" there is nothing u can do. If that narovness is rather an illusion caused by downward growth or recession, pheraps, but u have to be more specific.

To the human eye u cant even tell the difference its just lower prenatal T due to colder environment and less access to food. I was born in america so i look more like the second picture

Could you not just do MSE and MSDO? I really want everything to be just bone and avoid implants. So I think Modified Lefort 3 + MSE and MSDO implants will do the trick, no?

He had a normal midface before and got a long one after homeoblock. Dentist tried to hurt him and other crazy stuff when he started speaking up about it. its the craziest case on this forum but he might hold the cure to a long midface if he gets fixed. We're all trying to help him.

you can fix your ortho, improve your airways, and of course widen your skull

spen some time on this site trying to understand facial aesthetics. also while ur doing that contact @RealSurgerymax here on giant.implants on instagram (they’re the same person) he’ll fix you up. only problem is it’s kinda hard to get a hold of him

Modified Lefort 3 + BSSO for lower jaw recession
Lip lift for thin upper lip
MSE and MSDO for wider face
Rhinoplasty
And possibly orbital box ostenomy

People offer modified lefort 3 - look on Reddit, some lady literally shortened her nose with it would ascend me so hard. I’ll watch out for scaring with lip lift. Got you for the nose. Getting MSE and MSDO is the only way to make sure that jaw/ Zygo implants look natural, since I won’t have a narrow palate. Narrow Palate is the #1 reason why most jaw implants look ridiculous, since narrow palate naturally = narrow jaw. So yea. I’ll get that first and then consider zygo or jaw implants. But yea, after all that, I’ll get OBO, since getting OBO before widening your face will make you look stupid, since wide mouth naturally matches wide eye spacing.
