Is there any way to fix long mid face or do I have to "just have everything else"

Lefort with CCW

This might help but it's not the exact procedure needed to fix longer midface (because you cannot reshape your facial bones as significantly as you would like it, having a long midface). I have it myself, but it's not really a flaw for most people. CCW could help but it can't be overdone too. But yeah, visually more prominent zygo bones with solid advancement +
CCW is exactly what i need, just like most people with long midfaces.

If i get vmi will it shorten my face I'm sorry i dont know all the words but I wanna cut off part the maxilla rotate the mandible then cut the chin and move it up slightly and move everything Foreward ofc

YES. I have long hair too and I want to get lefort 2 ccw + infra implants or fat grafting. Gotta grind tho
