long midface

my upper maxilla aka midface is a bit recessed while my premaxilla and mandible are quite forward grown. because of this i was wondering if a lefort I osteotomy would be the ideal procedure to shorten it under these circumstances

pretty sure, haven't checked into lefort in a while.

the only issue i have with it is the fact that typically it will shorten the philtrum, whereas in my case my philtrum is within the ideal range and the nose is what seems to elongate the midface
