Long necks are not a flaw. Male models usually have longer than average necks. (examples below)
The flaw is in a narrow neck, or a narrow frame, which these models never have. If you have a long neck, train shoulders and neck more. Long necks have the potential to be very aesthetic if you have a good frame (as long necks can make the frame look smaller) and have good neck thickness.
