Long philtrum fixes

I’ve got a long philtrum and it’s made worse by my very thin lips. I grow minimal facial hair enough for a tash but it looks more like fluff, is it worth growing that, dying it and using topical minoxidil + derma stamping? Is there anything else I can do to help with facial hair and hide my long philtrum

Minoxidil and derma roller look at Matt boomer he also has a long phlitrium but hides by leaving a bit of hair when he goes clean shaven
