A long philtrum is definitely mot the worst failo. Easily fixable with lip lift or CCW.
Worst failo to have would easily be bad ESR/IPD. Only surgery to fix it is OBO which empties your wallet and has a 50% rate of blindness. Not to mention only like 2 people in the world perform it.
