I've heard it gets better with age? currently its the main thing holding me back along with nasolabial folds which are both caused by overdeveloped maxilla

Nope, my maxilla is pushed slightly up, while the mandible is fine. All the angles are fine but this causes my lower midface to tilt slightly up creating folds and shortening nose which makes pholtrim longer
