brush ur upper lip like an autist all the time. it keeps it irritated and full of blood and will make it a lil elevated. also my lil sister has some fucking lipstick that plumps her lips somefucking how with some goyposion ingredients prolly but it works so look into that. i reccomend u fix this asap cause lips so important on a dude

nah volufiline takes time and its not proven, those that promote it all sell it. hers is some shit that she puts on and instantly llooks noticeably plumper idfk. but i def reccomend just constantly irritate ur upper lip throught day. like scrape ur bottom teeth on upper lip constantly or use ur sleeve and rub ur lip every so often
