this is an extremely crucial test to long philtrumcels, and that is to see if you have a retracted columella.

this guy on the left's middle part of the philtrum is long, this is because of his retracted columella which is the middle part of the nose
as you can see it goes above his nose base when it's supposed to be a few mm below, as you can see his philtrum in the middle shortened by a good 7mm just from fixing it, i personally have this disgusting genetical failure of dna flaw and it is an easy fix with a graft or filler and your philtrum will be good after.

if you have this you got the fixable philtrum kind because it's a result of your nose, if you have this and a thin upper lip then jesus christ, but then just get a lip lift and a nose graft and you will not be a monkey anymore.

What surgery is this? I'll be getting Bimax, so I assume I'd do this post-OP/post-swelling?
