Doc recommended some bs pills which will fix my nose airflow but if they don’t work, he recommends surgery for functionality, ima fake results to get the surgery and convince my mom to pay a little extra for aesthetics. since she would be already paying for anesthesia and the procedure, it should be stupid cheap to just get rid of the bump in my bone once they open it
