6'06ft, i peaked at like 105kg at 13, and look at my lower belly.

i dont think you'll need surgery for the lose skin unless its really a lot but you never weighted 200+ kgs so by the age of 20 if not 21 your skin elasticity will make it all even just give it few years, also your "gyno" might get fixxed when you finish puberty
