you cna get
(1) maxillary descent. But this is only useful IF you have "vertical maxillary deficiency" in the first place. This will lengthen your midface

(2) chin implant. make the chin longer.

(3) fix the mandible. If your mandible is recessed or short then get that fixed.

If you do all 3 things its not possible to have a short face gl
