With longer midface (water, facial 3rds etc..) but it's actually giga important. That's why it can't be simple enough as "shorter forehead =better" as normies always think.

But how is it bragging lol, and alot of people just genuinely think shorter foreheads are better although not here maybe. And tall skulls are better on average to have, but different skulls make diff looks, I wouldn't say it's as simple as always tall=chad and shorter=incel
