Longest Accutane course yall got prescribed?

For context, I've had severe cystic acne ever since I turned 14 and i've tried everything, but nothing worked. Went to countless dermatologists who didn't prescribe me anything other than antibiotics which didn't do shit but wreck my gut. Then I finally had enough and took it upon myself to self prescribe accutane. Been on 20 mg daily for 9 months now with no sides and it's the only thing that worked. But I still got mild acne and hella rosacea. I'm planning to be on 20 mg for the next 1 year and 3 months (2 years in total) and then micro dose 10mg daily indefinitely to clearskinmax forever. But I'm slightly concerned about my liver health long term as to why I'm wondering what's the longest I could be on low dose without altering my liver profile and what's the longest accutane course yall been prescribed by a dermatologist?

Accutane will get rid of the acne, but it sounds like you've had severe acne for a long time, so you will probably be left with a lot of acne scarring

Doctors need to stop ruining people's lives and just get them on the accutane treatment early. The scarring can be entirely prevented if they just get on the accutane early.

Oh well, I was a bluepilled basement dweller those days. Obv it's too late but I'm down for any hardmaxxes that will get rid of my scars.

weighed 93kg at 5'11 at the start of the year so pretty much 2 years at 20 mg yeah but I've dropped 12 pounds so far which is prob half water weight. Idk how that'll work out as i'm dropping more weight though.

Microneedling plus C02 treatments will help with this type of scarring if you have the money.

This is the truth, I still have pitted acne scars 2 years later because of my delayed Accutane treatment due to them throwing topicals at me.

Learn from this, always do your own research. Doctors care more about legally protecting their asses than helping you ascend looks wise.
