If you don't go out for long periods of time and don't get enough sunlight on your bare skin, you could be vitamin D deficient. The consequences can be very bad, very low testosterone, weak bones, poor immune system. If you might be vitamin D deficient, take 5,000 IU's to 10,000 IU's a day, but be careful not to exceed that long term. Short term a person could safely take one time 50,000 IU's, such as to fight a cold or when first starting vitamin D supplementation.
Due to my location, I won't get sunlight even if I go out. You can still get decent amount from eggs and dairy as long as it's raw. But raw brain is ideal. Not really into supplements because it's a waste of money when you can just buy food plus a lot of them don't even work due to bioavailability (they flow in the blood, which shows higher level on tests, but the body doesn't adsorb them, iron supplements can notoiriously give you heavy metal poisoning like that).

How do i fix it? I’ve not been going out for years and I don’t feel like I’m in reality
Honestly, it's hard to make friends when you're social skills are not developed. But I suggest you just enter malls and hang out in public (alone if you got no friends), like go light shopping or something to give yourself a feeling like your in civilization.

What I did was (and I don't recommend it btw) take "light" low-dose drugs to reduce anxiety and stress so I could socialize better, and it worked.

If I wanna socialise, Is there any places I can go to have the best shot at meeting ppl?

usually places that you keep meeting the same people are best at creating new friends, so work, school, gym etc.

When you're social skills are good, you can make friends literally everywhere. Unfortunately, improving social skills is hard in the beginning.
