Why does everyone cope about their diet/biomarkers one single look at the oldest aged list for the top 100 people from both races all have literally the same thing in common in terms of body factor but ate random ass diets

pretty sure bryan johnson noticed this too and just became a salesman after that same with mpmd

Guessing you meant "sexes" not "races". Guessing the common body factor you reference is being short and female.

yes this was my point it was all about calories rather than the diet, ofc your diet matters but like 10x less than the amount of calories which makes sense there was studies on basketball players about this same thing and it just concludes larger body = more cells = more stress
