Look at yourself

If you're not doing everything in your power to look better, be ashamed of yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror and feel disgust, imagine what you could be if you tried and the thing stopping you from becoming that is you. Use that disgust to change and become better. Even if you'll never be chad, you can be something you're more proud of or atleast less hateful towards.
