Look gains = PEEK?

PEEK seem to be safe and made for the most important parts of a man's face:

- Zygos
- Jaw
- Chin
- Orbitals

have seen people say however that they don't give too much projection in the front (cheekbones for example), and some that say the projection was none and that PEEK is not worth it...

but considering it can be in your body til you die + it's like having extra bones, maybe it could depend on the surgeon? maybe the material is that "new"?

I'm not understanding why someone would think

this is dependent on the implant design and how much lateral and anterior projection the implant has. What material the implant is made of shouldn't matter when it comes to projection.
