this common roast is actually so fucking brutal. Its just describing how the guy has bad signs of aging while mo signs of dimorphism or development. Its having all the bad and none of the good that age brings.

this was the pic (roasted several times in comments about this, similar to the phrase) that made me realize and pinpoint what that common phrase means. Guy is 22. its true brutal, its better to just look underdeveloped and recessed or have long midface or huge uee or something.
