Yes.
IF, your hairline stays same.

I'm 37 now. This year I got guestimated ages betwwen 19 and 29. That 29 was, when a person heard I was 37 and said that he would had not had guessed I was past 29 as his abslolute max.
Realistically speaking, I look about mid 20's to late 20's on average I think. It's really funny, when people ask where I study or if I finished study already. And act a bit suprised if I have car, and how cool that is. Then I can see, they are estimating me younger then I am.
before looksmaxxing (started 10 months ago) I was 36 and looked early 30's. Now I look mid 20's range. I manged to take off 5 years in the looks department

Skin quality,*. In general men could actually mogg women alot in skin quality when getting older . Since Men skin ages slower, much slower. yet most women skin quality moggs dudes, because do zero about it.

I lik to add to the list, of NOT to do's:
- smoke
- alcohol alot
- not sleep

And to the, to do list I like to add;
- moisterize, keep it hydrated

Great extra things to do. Red light therapy, dermaroller (and maybe fillers, in stratgic places (so to not bloath whole face)

All that’s needed to look in your 20’s is:

* NW0
* Good collagen
* Lean athletic physique (optional but obviously recommended)

The older you get it’s far harder to maintain the first two, but it’s worth doing what you can tbh

I’d recommended watching some “dermatologist skin care routines” on youtube, they’re good examples of how middle age people with perfect skincare routines still have high quality skin

would be VERY unhealthy
Tell it to Jlo, how unhealthy it was that she avoided the sun.
That bitch skin looks spectecular for her age. She's 46 in this clip, and had then skin quality of a early 30-something year old. Damn. Now with male skin aging lower, this should be achieveable for dudes.

She didn't take sun

Certain people genetically just look older too. Also depends when puberty started, hormonal profile. I would say with supplementation of hgh/hrt and good skincare yeah maybe but mostly genes.

how to protect it collagen though

You can even add a lot more things if you want to go 100% full force with antiaging: vitamin C topical/oral, niacinamide, red light therapy, green tea, resveratrol... Also don't forget a healthy diet and exercise, especially HIIT. Smoking, alcohol and high fat milk have also been proven to age you faster.

OMAD, Diet consisting of meat, eggs, limited dairy, fruit, veggies and mediumish carbs. Staying in a ketogenic state is good. Every month 2-3 day fasts is good. This keep you in autophagy often. Caloric surplus bulking for 3 weeks every 3 months.

PQQ fasted on weight lifting or HIIT sauna immidiately after. Cryo 4 hours after working out (Cold therapy can block the hormetic effect of exercise).

Resveracel, Glucosamine Sulfate, Creatine, Fish oil.

Meditation and red wine after some dinners is good. 15 min sun exposure nude daily. MT2 to build melanin in skin to lower sun damage caused by the sun bathing.

Skin care= Tret, ghk-CU, RLT, microneedling, sunscreen to face, neck upper chest and hands reapply every 2 hours if in the sun. Blue light can age the skin too. Occasional chemical peel or microdermabrasion treatment.

Fillers, Botox, face lifts and such cosmetic procedures are good too and have their place.

i'm 26 and keep doing that for 7 years. my skin is god tier and i look too young for my age.

Yes, it's totally possible. Start youthmaxxing ASAP. In order of importance:

1. Avoid the sun like the fucking plague. Seriously, if all you give a shit about is looking as young as possible, less sunlight will always be better. Might not be healthier, but sun is the no1 extrinsic cause of aging. SUNSCREEN SPF 50 when you go out, and utilize blinders when you're indoors. Non negotiable.

2. Retin a, vitamin c, acids, good skincare routine to promote collagen.

3. Healthy body fat, healthy diet/exercise with plenty of hydration ties into this as well. You don't need to be ripped, just lean.

4. Hair transplant if you're norwooding. DO NOT minox b/c collagen loss.

These are all things you can directly and easily influence. Factors like stress, and genetics also matter but are mostly out of your control. Start youthmaxxing EARLY, and CONSISTENTLY. It's going to pay off tremendously. You'll be mogging the everloving fuck out of your age group in your later years.

They are still getting sun exposure. Just because you can't see the sun, doesn't mean it's not affecting you. UVA gives no shits about clouds, windows, etc. The only thing clouds save you from is burning, because those UV rays are a different wavelength that get blocked by clouds.

UVA rays are the main contributor to photoaging, and the Irish are still getting loads of it.

I had no clue about this
Thank you for the enlightenment, I will start to invest in sunscreen

Definitely do, but keep in mind that Europe and Asia are way more ahead of the times in terms of ingredients that their regulatory agencies have approved in terms of UVA. America does not even have an indicator that shows how much UVA protection is given (SPF is only for UVB). Asia has the PA to indicate protection from UVA (from + to ++++), while Europe uses PPD (followed by a number)

High fat milk ages you faster how??

using aged urine on the skin will make the skin age way slower. dead srs

High fat milk ages you faster how??

It shortens telomere lenght:

Sun ages you more than anything else

I believe she was not even super concerned with sunscreen. She would look even younger if she was.

Everything about your looks will improve with sun. The people who look like raisins lay out in sun all day not 20 minutes a day
As for op... Yes it's possible. But in any case you're getting up there, enjoy any pussy that comes your way now, it's not gonna last long. I don't care how much you looksmax, once you hit 50 it's over forever

If you're white then it's pretty hard... You gotta eat lots of antioxidant rich food. Drink more tea and plants and keep meat intake minimal. Cut sugar out completely. Basically no American diet.

Pretty simple. Use HGH as you age for anti aging properties. Keep good skincare. Keep lean. And good hairline and hair quality it will keep you youthful

Just hard mew and chin tuck bro. It'll solve all your problems.
