looking as young as possible and younger as your age means your body is young and aging slower, therefore thats good since it gives you a greater chance to survive until singularity and then u will be forever young and live forever.

if you look old, older than your age its the opposite it means that ur body is old and ages faster and lesser chance to survive until singularity

also if singularity cannot undo aging but makes u live forever u will be stuck in an oldcels body.
