You really shouldn't be looking into glp-1s, as someone who went from obese to decently built, its completely un-necessary, and just not worth the money

If im being honest, its doable within 3-6 months, however I took it really fast and did it over the course of a few months. I will say that I took it far and definetly had an eating disorder, (Bullimia, Anorexia) and was borderline starving myself and making myself vomit whenever I felt shit about eating something I knew I wasn't supposed to be. Now that im thinking out loud, GLP-1s might actually be a pretty decent idea. (Its funny im confessing my ED's on this forum since I never thought I would and have never done so previously).

Tbh, try it without GLP-1s first at the very least, thats the most I can tell you to do without being hypocritical since my approach to things wasn't exactly "healthy" or anything to be proud of either.
