im in uk and the fees here are quite high, anyone know any good countries (preferably in europe cus of flight tickets) where i can get palate expander (rpe or mse) and facemask/delaire mask, ofc the country needs at least one airway-focused ortho instead of a jew.

also does rpe actually widen the upper jaw or just give a wider smile or something, i need a palate expander that will improve my midface

i dont think it recedes but brings your maxilla forward but dosent bring the mandible forward so it ''appears recessed''

Travel costs will wipe out the saving, I looked into it.
Ortho prices in uk range wildly, I’ve seen from £1500+£100/adjustment to normal is £4000 all-inclusive to insane £9-12000 in London.
