I will say though anyone selling you noortroprics that claims you can increase IQ is full of it.

I wish there was an equivalent to steroids for the mind I've seen 90 IQ people take adderall they were more effective but they are still a 90 IQ person just a very focused one.

There are some drugs with long term effects that are better and ones that promote new neuron growth its debatable whether this can increase IQ but you will be able to learn faster more like a child can. But its still debatable whether this can effect IQ. Some of the drugs that promote neurogensis do appear to cause permanent brain growth meaning even when you stop you still have more brain matter

You can get some decent results just for diet lots of modern nootropics just correct problems with modern diets. But don't expect any insane results like 180 degree changes. Your not going to be boost your IQ 20 points.

Head size does correlate with intelligence but its also proportionate to height. Taller people have bigger head taller animals have bigger heads ect.
