Looking for a replacement for shampoo and conditioner.

Ive been growing my hair out for around 3-4 months and its gotten pretty long and I want to know what you guys use to keep my hair from looking oily without raping my scalp with storebought shampoo and conditioner.

i dont use conditioner only 1 wash of a bar of soap and i let my tren stench be my fragrance
