Looking for a surgeon with the best mid face and nose augmentation results

[Optimization]

My main flaw is that the middle triangle of my face didn't grow forward enough. Bone and cartilage. Probably because I'm 93% white and 7% native Canadian and my genes recombined in a weird way.

What I am looking for in a surgeon:

1. Lefort 2 osteotomy results
2. Good Nasal cartilage augmentation results (preferably a surgeon who is amaxing at fixing the botched upturn nostril look where the Alar cartilage is destroyed)

Thanks in advance. This is literally my only issue. If I could get these procedures I'd ascend 4 points, no joke. Always have my head down because you can see right up my tiny shitty nose.

I'm like this guy on the left except my dental arch and anterior nasal spine are more forward causing me to have a stubby little nose with the alar rims too high.

You can even if you aren't on the typical "deformed" scale doctors use. I've found some good surgeons who can do it for cosmetic reasons if you pay for it and they don't care. Only problem in my case is I need to find one who is also good at cartilage graft nose work. I might have to get the two surgeries I need in two separate operations

Just literally go to pub med or google scholar and search keywords like lefort 2/3 an then look up the authors websites and hope for the best they don't care as long as you can pay. Also just google search craniofacial surgeon and then email spray and pray blast them until one sticks.
