Anyone know a surgeon from any country I’m happy to travel who would be willing to give me a tri max for aesthetics. So a bimax and genioplasty in one. Or just any information I should be aware about.

Errr mate ur wrong I reckon with accutane and a few other touch ups I’ll be chadlite with the tri max. Check my other posts
