Looking for Accutance results

i've been looking into peptides for a few months but i'm not really interested in using them yet. i was thinking about pinning ghk in a few months, but i want to fix my skin quality before of course (i'm completely aware ghk doesn't make acne or breakouts disappear). so which leads me to looking into Accutane. i'm still young, so my hormone levels are imbalanced which of course are what's mainly causing my breakouts. i'm more focused on all the blemishes that are almost stuck inside my face. someone else recommended tazarotene, but i haven't looked into it too much.

So i'm looking for results with accutance, along with the dosage your taking and for how long. I would also appreciate a comparison of Accutane and Tazarotene or other products you recommend. You can also tag me in threads about these if you have any about them.
