Sorry for wall of text.

Hello! This is my first post, I know i’m not entitled to your kindness, but this is important to me. I have many questions. Two segments of questions to be specific, the first being of my own weightloss.

For context, I am 19 years old, 5'11, and 211 pounds (last checked)

I struggle a lot with my weight and portion control (who woulda thought) From November 2025 to as of Now, April 2026 I’ve lost 24 pounds going from 235 to 211, But I’m not really *seeing* results, and this is greatly discouraging.

I dont take any medications, anymore, I was on ssri’s for a long time but stopped around Sept ‘25, Fluoxetine to be specific, Not a super high dose. But since then I’ve cut out fast food, and try to cut out slop as much as I can In my diet, although i’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t go for a soda every once in a while.

I’m mainly looking for a basic “stack” to get started with weightloss, I’d like to not lose a whole lot of Muscle, I do walk a lot for work, between 27-33k steps every week day. I’ve tried doing a water fast, but could only go two days!

As for my second line of questioning, is mainly for my dad, Hes an older guy, 51. He’s got a laundry list of things he has going on, and I dont want him to spend what time he has left fat (sorry dad😔) his joints ache and hes always stressed out and I really dont want his weight to be this great inhibitor of his, especially in his later years. He is currently on this, What i’ve dubbed “Normie Stack” (Based off words i've seen used here, i'm sorry if it sounds stupid)

Metformin

glipizide

hydralazine

losartan

rosuvastatin

amlodipine

I’m all ears to suggestions, Or inquiries, Although I may not respond super frequent, as I have work from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm PST and get home around 5:30 PST

I'm mainly looking for supplements for myself, and for supplements that wont interact negatively with my fathers existing medications, or to replace his medications entirely

How do I calculate how many calories I can eat in a day?

How might one aquire retatrutide

I do go to the gym, with an emphasis on Cardio (evil stairmaster) because my friend, and regretably, I have started mountaineering.

just search up calorie calucaltor and type in your height and weight and age and it will give you your maintinacne calories and then just subtract like 1000 if u wanna be agressive or do 800 a little easier but a lil slower and then just follow that and in a couple months you will feel the things i wrote about before and u dont need reta im a firm beleiver in building the mindset to just not eat slop instead of pinning something that will make you feel no hunger. and for your dad he can follow the same plan and depending ofc and decide how many calories defecit he should be and the website will also help there is a chart that will show fx if u eat this many kcal u will lose this many lbs per week
