No eyebrows, itachi lines, wide nose (awful mouth to nose ratio), no chin, recessed maxila and infraorbitals, upper third too big, haircut looks really bad, UEE of doom.

Start by shaving, growing your hair and doing some oral and topical minoxidil for eyebrows.
You need implants asap

lltn side your 6’1 your more like mltn. really asymmetrical, countless flaws unfortunately. i’d get surgery, but like the other guy said grow your hair out and fix your eyebrows first before you decide anything.

Thanks you i Will start with some softmaxx like u Said, but i think of a hairline transplant with the implant

Also in which part of my face do I really need an implant? I'm ready to really work to try to pay for a surgery

I dont Even know How i get a jaw recession , im nose breathing since im a child .. It still proves that everything is genetic
