I really want to get limb lengthening surgery for 3 inches, 5'7 - 5'10 but I do combat sports. Specifically Muay thai (Kicboxing), would I ever be able to come back to it? I'd be getting kicked hard on the leg and I'd be kick bags, people, and pads very hard with my shin area. If it is possible to one day come back to it how many years of recovery would it take?

Also wouldn't boxing be perfectly safe to after I'm able to run and jump perfectly fine?

I’d guess 1-2 years after the rod is removed from your leg but it’s gonna be a long recovery. Probably not worth it

honestly idk, its what ive read but its probably safer now
its really not, but there is a surgeon in florida that does a permanent spinal lengthening surgery

not necessarily, going from shorter than most people everywhere you go to then competing on the same playing field as most men, with soles and shoes I can easily fraud to 6'0

with pmax the recovery will be easier, after a year or so you'll be fine (not AS good as previous but still like a 80% recovery)
