Hey guys, I want to lift my outer eye corners (lateral canthus) and make incisions on the inner corners (medial canthus) to achieve a better, more aesthetic eye shape (hunter eyes vibe).Is there a comprehensive guide or breakdown on how these procedures work? I want to understand the exact anatomy and surgical techniques involved because I’m terrified of potential complications, like cutting too deep or permanently damaging the tendons and ligaments around the orbit.Has anyone here had lateral canthoplasty or epicanthoplasty done? I’d be pretty careful with it tbh because the outer and inner corners have a lot of important structures around them. I’d probably look for a really good oculoplastic surgeon who does this kind of thing regularly and get a few opinions before doing anything. The biggest thing for me would be making sure they can give a subtle result and not overdo the lift or inner corner
