Looking for advice on facial structure / possible surgeries

I’m 18.8 years old and im trying to maximize my facial aesthetics and would appreciate opinions from people who know more about facial structure and surgery.

From what I can tell, my main concerns are:

• Under-projected/recessed chin
• Possibly recessed mandible
• Under-eye / infraorbital hollowing or lack of support
• Possibly weak midface/cheekbone projection
• Jaw width/definition

The procedures I’ve been considering are:

• Sliding genioplasty for chin advancement
• BSSO / mandibular advancement if my whole mandible is actually recessed
• Possibly something for the infraorbital/under-eye area
• I’ve also wondered about cheek/zygoma augmentation, but I’m not sure if I actually need it
• I’m unsure whether my maxilla is recessed or whether double-jaw surgery would be unnecessary

I’m planning to get a lateral cephalogram before making any decisions.

Based on the front, side and 3/4 photos, what do you think is actually recessed or under-projected?

Which procedures would give me the biggest aesthetic improvement, and which ones do you think would be unnecessary?
