Looking for advice

Hey Y’all! I was looking for advice in designing my surgery plan. I’m currently 21 years old, and I unfortunately mouth breathed a lot when I was younger, and have the following failos:

Long Midface
Under eyes of death
Long Nose
Narrow Palate
Recessed Jaw and Chin (Class 2 Malocclusion)
Narrow Jaw
Sloped Forehead
Narrow Skull
Flat Cheekbones
High Gonial Angle
Thin upper lip, heavy lower lip
Crooked Nose
Kinda Bad IPD (Can be helped with MSE I’m not getting OBO)


What do you guys think about the order in which I should go about approaching these surgeries? Which ones should I do first?

Rhinoplasty (For Crooked Nose)

Lip Lift (For thin Upper Lip)

Bimax CCW + Modified Lefort 3 with Dr Augusto Pary (For Long Midface, Under eyes of death,Long Nose, High Gonial Angle, Recessed Jaw)

MSE and MSDO (for Narrow Palate, Kinda Bad IPD, and Narrow Jaw/Lower third)

Any Advice would be appreciated.
