Looking for advice

18 in 3 months 5'11 currently 340 lbs down from 390lbs still going im in diet getting 900-1200 calories daily i just want to get advice and learn my potential i just started taking bromaline , k2 d3, zinc, magnesium, calcium pills and i consume yogurt 4-5 hours before sleep. i try to sleep at 22:30-23:30 cant sleep too long tho max 4-6 hours.

hop on ozempic, shave weird facial hair, grow out hair and use sea salt spray to make it curlier, hit the gym as well. I dont know what to say about your teeth based off that last pic.. But its fine im ugly as shit too... we are all gonna make it dw.

Lose facial fat first ( I know it's not that easy in some situations and it takes time ), then you can grow your hair and shave the bad parts of them.

i dont grow facial hair now i shave daily i started gym 1-2 months ago lose 50 lbs in 3 months still going im still thinking about ozempic thx for the advice
