am 16 and 9 months , 5'6 , 75kg , 30% bf (working on that rn) , and am taking hgh 6 ius daily and other cope stuff like zinc d3 k2 calc and skincare . what are some stuff that i should do

Fix ur bloat/get leaner
If ur on HGH may aswell use test aswell
Up to 8 ius of HGH
Volufine for ur under eyes or fat graft depending on how ur bone structure is
Train neck

I’m starting it so I haven’t seen any yet but it depends on bone structure but it’s worth a shot
