Softmaxxing:
Skincare: Tetritinoin, SPF 50 sunscreen and retinol/exfoilation
Facial fat: You do have some fat left, lean down to 10-12% if you aren't already. Also do some neck curls
Facial hair: Try to grow a thick beard with dermarolling/dermastamping and minoxidil

Hardmaxxing:
If a beard is impossible, you NEED to get genioplasty for your chin.
Mandibular Angle Implants
Rhinoplasty (or fillers, but ideally rhino)
Canthoplasty (or wear sunglasses)
