My head seems a bit too big for my frame and I've been wondering if and to what extent building muscle will help with that.
I've seen some threads on this topic in this forum already, but all answers were low effort and didn't really convince me.
I've also tried searching for radical physique transformations of guys with big heads, but all I found after about an hour of searching was these before-and-after pictures of Max Euceda.

Not very promising... It's like building muscle did nothing for him. Now, to be fair, it is also a matter of camera angles, haircut and probably even other things I can't put my finger on. After all, his head doesn't look that big in every picture:

In the last picture, his head actually looks really good in relation to the rest of his body, in my opinion.

Anyway, the thing that baffles me is how little building muscle seemed to have actually impacted this for him.
But he's just one example and I'd be curious how building muscle affected the head-to-frame ratio of other bigheads. So, please show me some good examples.

How many years of bodybuilding? roid? I think larger trapezius and shoulder muscles can balance and dont strain your neck

How many years of bodybuilding?
Doesn't matter that much. I just want to see some good before-and-after pictures to see if making your head look smaller through bodybuilding is indeed possible or not.
The athletes you show me can be steroid users so long as they have a natural-looking build. I personally wouldn't use steroids, so if the only means to balance my head-to-frame ratio is an unnatural roided build beyond my natural muscle-building capacity, then I'm cooked.

What does straining your neck have to do with my question?
