Other than my know issues (canthal tilt, protruding ears, short ramus) what else can I improve on? Unless you have any advice to fixing any of those too.

Yes, I light frauded the 3rd and 4th pic, more for tryna show bone mass idk.
I bone smash zygos but ive been considering buccal fat removal, cutting the medial canthus, and smile widening, not sure if its worth it tho. Will be hopping on a test cycle + accutane as well soon.

Yeah my pallet is small, ive thumbpulled and towel pulled but its honestly cope. marpe is prolly unlikely, parents would disown me lmfao
