Yh do 1kg dumbell like 200 reps. This is a warmup. Then do like 500 reps.

If you meant steroids dont do test/dht/their derivatives, peptides would be better
Something like hgh or cjc+ipa (/w dac)

Alr dw bhai. Umm find a good split like Upper/Lower 2 or 3 times, depends how you like it. Do low reps but with higher weight.

I've been looking forward these but I'm scared for the fact that test and hgh will shut down my natural production, honestly. But what is var? Do you mean Anavar? Also never heard of glp -1 ,could you explain or send some studies/ deep info of it? Thanks.

It is a natural hormone your body releases after you eat. Its job is to help control blood sugar and appetite. but when you take it from an exogenous source ( peptides ) loosing weight becomes a lot easier cause it’s effects will be a lot more potent

Wouldn't say it's the best
Its literally bad. Your working each induvial muscle one times a week. You need to be doing at least 2 or 3 times a week. Also mark as a solution.
