Looking for hard/softmax advice to get to HTN

I'm 14 right now, turning 15. I can't do any surgeries as of now, but I've had many people say my mandible is short. My infraoribitals are also reccesed but you can't really see in the photos. I also have high uee and high set eyebrows. I want to reach HTN with as minimal hardmax as possible, what can i do from here to reach lhtn? I was thinking maybe frauding eye color w contacts to soemthing like green, rhinoplasty, and under eye fat grafts. But other than that, what softmaxes can i do rn?

Maybe take better pics so I can assess it better their blurry and not straight on the side profile isn't that bad but better front pics, but defiantly a otoplasty
