Looking for help to ascend. 125lb, 15.1 yo, 5’11

Looking for help on what to do. 125lb, 15.1 yo, 5’11 My side profile sells me really bad and I have been realizing i am a chud ever since i was at a girls house on a 5v5 but 3 of the girls are sub5 but one of them was on me and i made it out with her but my “friend” just scooped her and fucked first time they met. Im looking to try and hop on a pep stack that wouldn't slow down my growth plate closure. I was thinking of ghkcu but i dont know if its cope. I need it for skin since I have slight acne but im trying to improve my side profile mainly and gain muscle mainly since im a skinny mf. Im curious about my potential and what i am now lmk.p

Train neck to give the illusion of a wider jaw, style eyebrows cause they’re really tall, and as for the ghkcu thing, I was on it but was on too low of a dose (whoops) but I mean it calmed down my inflation, if you don’t have a lot of acne I’d just go with some type of cream cause ghkcu would be a hassle and not with it

I have a little inflammation around my cheeks they get red pretty often

Do you know why? If so, just avoid the thing that makes them red. If not then just try to eat healthier and avoid foods that makes u feel shitty.

Well try different things to see if they cause it, if it happens often then it’s probably one of your habits. Then again, I could be wrong and it might just be something that happens for no reason at all

Mostly just good habits, chewing properly and chewing hard foods as well as getting proper nutrition. I’m telling u, most of this shit is just good habits and a healthy lifestyle, especially if u start with a good base

Ngl I kinda suck at rating, but ur probably hltn rn just cause u look kinda feminine, but ur eye area is pretty good I’ll say. Potential is probably hmtn-lhtn

really good eye area, and base in general tbh, idk what i would rate u but you got potential

yeah, definitely just spam out some pushups and pull ups. If u can access a gym then get ur frame wide too by working shoulders. U can work legs to ig, but me personally I hate legs so I skip it whenever I can
