That is def an open wedge genioplasty along with small lefort and bsso. I can tell it’s an open wedge genio from the lack of step off but added chin height without much change in horizontal projection and the labiomental fold decreasing

Could you estimate the bsso? Looks massive. The open wedge genio is a interesting concept. I got offered genio ss well but don’t like the idea of completely changing the integral structure of my chin
