Hello Community,

We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our moderator team for our language forums. If you speak a language fluently and have a passion to looksmax, we're looking for people just like to help moderate our non-English forums.

Requirements:

To be eligible for a moderator position in a language forum, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Fluency in the Language: You should possess an advanced level of fluency in the language of the respective forum you wish to moderate. Proficiency in both written and spoken aspects of the language is essential.
  2. Established Member: You must have an established presence within our community, demonstrating your commitment and dedication. This entails having a minimum of 200 meaningful posts within the forum and actively participating for at least 3 months.
Responsibilities:

As a language forum moderator, your role will involve:

  1. Maintaining Forum Etiquette: Upholding the forum guidelines, ensuring discussions remain respectful and constructive.
  2. Monitoring Content: Regularly reviewing posts, comments, and threads to identify and address any violations or inappropriate behavior.
  3. Assisting Users: Providing guidance, support, and answering questions from forum members to foster a helpful and welcoming environment.
How to Apply:

If you meet the requirements and are interested in becoming a language forum moderator, please submit your application to @Master and @Alexanderr. Include the following information:

  1. Your forum username and the language forum you wish to moderate.
  2. A brief introduction about yourself, highlighting your language proficiency and your involvement within the community.
  3. Any previous moderation experience (if applicable).
  4. Your availability and commitment to fulfill the responsibilities of a moderator.
We will carefully review all applications and select candidates who best align with our community's needs. Successful applicants will be contacted directly to discuss the next steps.

Regarding this topic, you should seriously make a small finnish language sub forum

There are a lot of finnish people in here so I think it would be atleast semi active but also after the greatest finnish shitposter and the only finnish forum CL deleted their accounts it could be inactive but you can always just delete it if that happens
