Link/ PM threads that I could follow for an aesthetic physique. I don't care about strength at all

you will still get stronger if u do aesethetics anyways u just wont get as strong as powerlifters but the difference in 20-30kg weight on the compounds just to be a bloated fat fuck is not worth it.

see my avi just do Push Pull 3 times a week and your good skip leg day because its useless and cover with pants that arent skinny

you still need strong legs even if you don't want big legs because having a weak lower body makes you ineffective at training your upper body.

can you link me some good routines to follow. Thanks

Aesthetic just means keeping bodyfat low (and not doing something stupid like getting insanely large legs). As poster #2 has said, do push/pull, but in my opinion, you should also train legs (but don't need to put as much effort into it, just a few sets of squats). In like 6 months, once you've got a handle of the basics, start moving towards a HIT style of training, hitting each muscle group once a week (once every 5/6/7 days).

I only do deadlifts, they are shit for hypertrophy but they do make your legs strong.

you can't do rows effectively if your legs are shit, or overhead press because you have to squeeze your glutes and brace your core in the motion.

in all seriousness OP do Push pull leg 2x time a week to actually maximise muscle gains. leg day ironrically is not a meme i just like making fun of quad.mewtow lookalikes but squats increase your T by a lot which is return gives u more muscle mass so dont disregard leg day

also my avi phsqiue is untrained so it just shows u how much frame and insertions matter lol

you're more likely to destroy your shoulders benching and your knees from squatting than your spine from deadlifting.
r u sure cuz at school when i go gym for sports i have no pain from any of these movements

most lifting injuries are from bench press, mostly to the rotator cuffs.

but they're from doing them heavy long-term, i.e you don't tend to get them until after years of doing it.

And why do u give him training advice when u havent trained yourself?

Strength and size of muscles correlates. If u become strong u will become big as a result.
Focus on shoulders. Do OHP and spam lateral raises. 4 days push/pull and 5th day arm day
