Looking for looks maxxing advice

I am a 6 foot 2 male currently trying to improve my looks.

I need some soft maxxing advice/ surgeries.

I have an otoplasty consultation scheduled for next week already. Anything else that’s really prominent and should get done( I am looking into getting a rhinoplasty one day too but not currently).

Any soft maxxing advice? What would you do with the hair/ facial hair etc. thinking of cutting it after otoplasty.
