Looking for motivation

Ever since summer started, I'm having serious trouble
-waking up early (wake up 10-12pm)
-showering early, getting dressed
-working out (I have not worked out since the college semester ended, I've gained roughly 15lbs of fat this summer)

I have diagnosed ADHD and take stimulants daily for past 2 years so these symptoms are new, I don't have depression, and would like resources/article.
Mainly something to read that would get me back on the grind like working out everyday and getting off my bed in the morning.

Losing weight should be your motivation, look forward to that and improving yourself more every day
