Looking for opinions/advice

Hi, been reading you all for a long time but never posted, just created a new account. I'm ugly as hell and I'm looking for sensible advice on how to go from 1-2 to at least a 4-5. I'm willing to commit money, time and pain to surgeries. But I'm not willing to post my pics online. Could I send them privately to anyone here?

Edit: My first ideas, sorted by priority:
1 - Jaw implants.
2 - Beard + eyebrow transplant.
3 - Otoplasty.
