get diagnosed by a psychiatrist and then just have them send the script to your nearest pharmacy, be careful if your psychiatrist is telehealth/online because laws have made it much harder for them to be able to send to certain pharmacies so just do your own research depending on country/state regarding that

i just recently got it prescribed and diagnosed within this week, parents never let me get tested because they believe adhd is cope (kinda facts tbh, but meh). Recently they changed their mind though and got my sister tested and she got diagnosed, i always had more symptoms than her so i decided to go get a diagnosis and got put on adderal. Took my first one last week. No therapy, I've naturally tried to do all things that the psychiatrists tell you to do to minimize adhd effects before resorting to medicine, daily journaling of tasks, clearly marked and blocked calendars and schedules, fasting, daily exercise as well as light cardio to clear head etc.

I've got the same experience although im not even telling my parents, ive done all the therapy and went through the "im just lazy, i just need to focus anyways etc" but as ive now realized ive got it really bad and i need the adderall to achieve my goals.
yeah my parents coped by saying that i couldnt possibly have adhd because i had good grades, but just listen to yourself and do your own research i got myself tested they don't know about it, couldnt care less, they literally have my younger sibling on higher doses than I am so they should be worried about the other one not me haha.
yeah, i was planning on larping a bit during the call but i genuinely just told the truth from the beginning, all of them were things i naturally started doing to help me not get supper stressed or ocd about forgetting shit or organizing my day, but 100% if ur planning on saying some stuff to ensure the prescription make sure to always make comments about the fact that youve already tried all the non medical alternatives if not theyll try to put you on cope advice instead.

my doctor prescribed me on 10mg xr daily but thats most likely not gonna be enough for me, ive always had high tolerance to stimulants and im also pretty heavy for my height cause of the gym and etc.

Street addy is meth, works very similar to amphetamines. The main difference is that it inhibits dopamine reuptake and is active in the serotonergic system, causing it to be more euphoric. The trade off is that it causes more damage to your dopamine receptors and is more addictive. Also can possibly cut with a bunch of random shit so make sure to test it if you go that route
